Andrew has over 16 years capital market experience having worked in various capacities abroad and in Kenya.  He started his career as an investment analyst with Banc of America Securities in New York and London in the Technology, Media and Telcom Group. He then went on to work at Centum Investments, Britam Asset Managers, UAP Investments Ltd and UAP Old Mutual where he held various investment management roles. Andrew also has significant experience in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance.  He works with the corporate advisory function at Synesis Capital Ltd.

Andrew has a double major in English and Economics from Bowdoin College and is also a CFA
®Charterholder.
